In order to create a useful marketing tool for Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, Zagat produced a custom bilingual flip guide including Zagat Ratings and Reviews, a map of the hospital floor plan in addition to florists and hotels in the area, which helped serve as the hospital information brochure.
