To educate consumers and promote restaurants using top authentic Italian ingredients and products, Zagat produced a customized guide to America's 1,000 Top Italian Restaurants and was distributed to Zagat subscribers, restaurants appearing in the guide and food festivals throughout the U.S. and Italy.
